The SNO H+ site cannot be held liable in any way for the content of the information on this site or for the consequences that may result from its use or interpretation.

Hypertext links

Privacy policy

Personal data

Personal data is collected:

  • When registering for the SNO H+ database. Each form endeavours to limit the collection of personal data by requiring only the information necessary to access the workspace and send information relating to it (surname, first name, organisation, email address).
  • Your personal data will be accessible to the members in charge of developping the H+ network database and will be kept for statistical purposes, in particular for the purpose of having a understanding of the downloaded data sets and KMZ modules.
  • Some personal data are not mandatory but they may allow us to have statistics on the interest of the H+ database especially for network activities.

Nominative data

In accordance with Act no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on Data Processing, Data Files and Individual Liberties, as amended, and Act no. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy, you have the right to object to (art. 26 of the Act), access (art. 34 to 38 of the Act) and rectify (art. 36 of the Act) any data concerning you. You may therefore contact us to request the rectification, completion, updating or deletion of any information concerning you that is inaccurate, incomplete, ambiguous, out of date or whose collection, use, communication or storage is prohibited. Information concerning you is intended solely for H+. We do not pass on this information to third parties (commercial partners, etc).

Audience measurement cookies MATOMO PIWIK

Our site uses Matomo Piwik to help us analyse how users use the site by visit statistics and other characteristics. This helps us adapt and improve the site. Matomo places cookies on the device you are using for a maximum of 13 months. Matomo also collects the following data and only transmits this to our hosting service Sedoo/Observatoire Midi-Pyrénées – anonymised IP address (format 192.168.xxx.xxx) and user location. These individual data are stored for 1 year. Internet users who do not wish to receive cookies can configure their browser so that they receive a warning each time cookies are sent, refuse cookies from certain websites or delete cookies from their browser.

The data controller shall make sure that the collection and processing of your data from this site complies with European and French data protection legislation (GDPR).

In compliance with GDPR regulation, you may at any time access, modify or delete all the data we possess about you via the user interface.
